One Doctor’s Covid-Safety Secrets

If you’re wondering WHY you haven’t heard about the use of any of these tools, that’s a good question. I believe it’s because of the silly divide between Western Medicine and Naturopathic medicine, and the way med students are taught. It has to do with insurance, history and sometimes what the newspapers choose to print.

My Original Favorite Dr Recc Covid Mask!

My new favorite mask is the ENRO mask. Why?

1. It’s been tested to be clinically comparable to an N95. Check out the data here

2. It’s machine or hand washable up to 100 times!

3. It’s better for the planet than throwing away countless single use masks

4. It does not off-gas toxic chemicals into your nose/body when you breathe

5. It’s more comfortable and cute!

I have recently flown multiple times and I do what my doctor suggests—which is that I wear an ENRO or (LivingGuard Mask) under a Kn95 or an N95. I prefer having the cloth mask on my face and the KN95 or the N95 on the exterior. This provides double protection during high risk situations like Flying or big indoor events where there is still a lot of possible virus present.

I have (so far!) managed to go to the Chiropractor (high traffic) or get a massage (high traffic area with lots of unmasked people) and have found that my Enro or Livingguard mask has been able to keep me safe and Covid Free in some pretty high risk settings.

Sadly Livingguard went out of business, so now I’ve switched to Enro.

Enro offers a patented technology which they state is comparable to N95s. That’s pretty cool! Help the planet! Help your own loved ones stay safe! Mask indoors as much as possible even if no one has symptoms remember you can still catch it even if you are boosted and vaxxed.

Note: If you have a rare disease or are high risk, you may want to be sure to still wear an N95 in high risk settings. The tightness of the seal is very important and can make the biggest difference in your ability to be protected—so make sure it fits well & is sealed all around your face or your child’s face
